Sleek Physiques 3-Cycle Personal Training System

The Endurance Cycle is where a basic foundation of fitness is built. Body fat decreases due to increased caloric burn, while endurance and strength increase through the utilization of simple exercises that mimic acts of daily life.

 

In the Strength Cycle, the loss of body fat will continue, but the main focus will be to increase strength and lean mass through the implementation of functional exercise techniques.

 

The Performance Cycle will continue to build on the Endurance Cycle and the Strength Cycle, but with a more personalized level of fitness constructed using performance-based dynamic exercises.

 

In 30 day intervals your trainer will assess your progress and consult with you on how far you've come.  When your body is ready, you will advance to the next cycle. When the Performance Cycle is completed, you will return to the Endurance Cycle and repeat the all three cycles, but at a higher level of intensity. This type of progression produces outstanding results while promoting optimum health and maximum fitness.

 

Our 3-Cycle Training Method capitalizes on the three components of complete fitness: Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Exercise and Top Quality Nutrition.

Nationally certified personal trainers will guide you through each cycle of your fitness program, assuring safety, effectiveness and motivation.
